Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes & Bourgogne-Franche-Comté
Auris AURA (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté) provides project management and project owner assistance for all your office, residential and public building (ERP) projects, whether new-build or refurbishment. Its involvement runs from the feasibility phase to the end of the defects liability period, through design and execution: design coordination (COR), project cost management (ECO), works supervision (DET) and works scheduling, planning and coordination (OPC).

A brand of Auris, DegrésVerts audits summer comfort in buildings using a proprietary method and a Score Fraîcheur rated from A to G. It helps local authorities and businesses take fast, cost-effective action, anywhere in France.
Our History
1972
Creation of BEM Ingénierie, a fluids and structural engineering firm, followed in 1976 by Fluitec, a fluids and commercial kitchen engineering firm; both became SYNAPSE Construction in 2004.
1992
Auris is founded with a first project owner assistance (AMO) division. The project management (MOE) division is created in 1998.
1997
Citti is founded in 1997.
2018
Creation of an Auris office in Lyon, Auris AURA, and of the Agiloe group, bringing together all the group’s companies.
2022
Creation of an Auris office in Nantes: Auris Grand Ouest.
2025
Auris AURA opens an office in Dijon, and SYNAPSE Construction leaves the Agiloe group.
2026
Launch of DegrésVerts, the Auris brand dedicated to summer comfort in buildings.
